Mani Agrawal
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer Mani Agrawal is a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Xaxii.
During his consulting career he has extensively consulted for fashion and beauty industry to optimize their operational performance and develop strategic plans.
In addition he has also advised Fortune 500 companies in software, media, logistics, manufacturing and automotive companies globally.
In Past, Mani was a consultant with McKinsey, Chief Scientist with Manugistics and Europe Consulting practice leader with Cognizant. He has also served as a corporate turn around executive for various companies in Asia, Europe and North America.
Mani holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from North Carolina State University. In addition, he has a M.S. from Vanderbilt University and a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur. He resides in Chicago.
 Andreas Oberhack
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer Andreas Oberhack is a Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Xaxii.
He has over 25 years of experience in analysis, design, implementation and optimization of cutting edge Computer technologies. He is a strong proponent and supporter of major open source projects and a committing member of the apache group.
He has advised the leading international companies in banking, insurance, media and logistics on some of their most complex and large scale technology issues. His primary area of expertise is to design and manage large scale mission critical integration and migration projects.
Some of his most notable projects were with global companies such as Lufthansa, UPS, Kuehne & Nagle, Commerzbank, Bertelsmann and Deutsche Bank among others.
Andreas holds a Ph.D. in economics from University of Mannheim in Germany. He resides in Wiesbaden, Germany
