In his past life, Mani worked a consultant with McKinsey, Chief Scientist with Manugistics and Europe Consulting practice leader with Cognizant. He also served as a corporate turn around executive for various companies in Asia, Europe and North America.
During his consulting career he extensively consulted for fashion and beauty industry to optimize their operational performance and advised them on strategic issues.
In addition he has also advised Fortune 500 companies in software, media, logistics, manufacturing and automotive companies globally.
Mani holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from North Carolina State University. In addition, he has a M.S. from Vanderbilt University and a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur. He resides in Chicago.

Co-Founder & CTO Andreas Oberhack is a Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Xaxii.
He has over 25 years of experience in analysis, design, implementation and optimization of cutting edge Computer technologies. He is a strong proponent and supporter of major open source projects and a committing member of the apache group.
He has advised the leading international companies in banking, insurance, media and logistics on some of their most complex and large scale technology issues. His primary area of expertise is to design and manage large scale mission critical integration and migration projects.
Some of his most notable projects were with global companies such as Lufthansa, UPS, Kuehne & Nagle, Commerzbank, Bertelsmann and Deutsche Bank among others.
